Refund policy for promotions

• If we can't confirm your payment, your promotion won't start and nothing is charged.
• If your ad is removed by moderation before the promotion starts, you'll receive a full refund.
• If an active promotion is stopped because the ad broke our rules, the unused time is not refunded.
• If a technical problem on our side prevented your promotion from showing, we'll extend it or refund the unused part.
• Marking an ad as sold ends its promotion; unused time is not refunded.

To request a refund, contact us with your transaction ID within 14 days.
