BSC Pakistan (Buy. Sell. Connect.) is a classifieds marketplace for Pakistan where individuals, shops and dealers list mobiles, cars, electronics, furniture, services and more. What makes us different is trust: verified sellers, reviews only from real buyers, scam warnings and no sales calls.

Yes. Browsing, creating an account, posting ads, chatting and getting verified are all free. The only paid feature is optional promotion, which gives an ad extra visibility for a set time.

Tap “Log in” and choose “Continue with WhatsApp code”. Enter your mobile number, type the 6-digit code we send on WhatsApp, and add your name. You can also register with a mobile number and password. One account is allowed per mobile number.

Check that the number has WhatsApp and that you typed it correctly (for example 0300 1234567). Codes arrive within a minute and expire after 5 minutes. You can request a new code after 60 seconds. For security, a number can request only a few codes per hour.

You can browse with a parent or guardian, but you must be 18 or older to post ads, chat or trade.

Open the ad and tap Chat, WhatsApp or Call (if the seller has enabled them). You need to be logged in — this keeps fake accounts out and protects sellers’ numbers.

Look at the seller panel on every ad: verification badges, trust score, reviews from real buyers, number of successful sales, response rate and how long they have been a member. Badges are earned through checks — they can never be bought.

The seller paid to show the ad higher in matching searches for a limited time. Promotion doesn’t change the seller’s badges or trust score, and it doesn’t mean BSC Pakistan has checked the item.

Yes. Tap “Make an offer” on the ad or the cash icon in chat. The seller can accept, decline or send a counter offer — all inside the chat.

For popular items we compare the price with similar live ads and show whether it looks fair, high or unusually low. A price far below the market is a common scam sign, so we show a warning.

No. You arrange payment and handover directly with the seller. Inspect the item before paying and never pay in advance to someone you haven’t met. Anyone asking you to pay “through BSC Pakistan” is not from us.

Every ad has its own Ad ID, shown under the title and at the end of the ad’s web address. Share it with anyone — they can type it in the search box (or open https://www.bsc.com.pk/BSC… directly) to land on that exact ad. When you contact support or report an ad, quoting the Ad ID helps us find it instantly.

Tap the heart on any ad. Saved ads appear under Account → Saved, and we notify you if one of them is sold.

Tap “Post an Ad” (or the orange + on mobile), choose a category, add photos, fill in the details buyers care about, set a price and city, and post. Most ads go live instantly.

It stops fake and duplicate accounts and gives your ads the Phone Verified badge, which buyers trust more. It takes less than a minute with a WhatsApp code.

Some ads are checked by our team first — for example in high-value categories like cars, when the price is far below similar ads, or if the text contains a phone number, links or restricted words. Reviews are usually completed within a few hours.

We tell you the reason in a notification. Common reasons: duplicate ad, contact details in the text, stock or copied photos, wrong category, misleading price, or a prohibited item. Edit the ad and save to resubmit.

A quick checklist (clear title, enough photos, detailed description, price, location and specifications) that shows how complete your ad is. Higher-quality ads rank better and get more buyers.

Up to 10–30 photos depending on the category. Large phone photos are resized automatically before upload. Use JPG, PNG or WebP at least 200×150 pixels.

Usually 30 days. We remind you a few days before it expires, and you can renew it from My ads in one tap. Your views and history are kept.

Go to My ads and tap “Mark as sold”. Tell us whether you sold it through BSC Pakistan — if yes, buyers who chatted with you can leave a review and your successful sales count goes up.

Not by default. You choose in Settings whether signed-in buyers can open WhatsApp with you or reveal your number with a Call button. Your number is never printed in the ad itself.

Phone Verified: mobile confirmed by code. Identity Verified: CNIC checked by our team. Verified Business: business documents checked. Official Dealer: an established dealer approved by our team.

Go to Account → Verification, enter your name and CNIC number and upload clear photos of the front and back of your CNIC. Our team reviews requests usually within 1–2 working days.

Your CNIC number is encrypted, your documents are stored privately, only our verification team can view them, and every view is logged. Buyers only ever see the badge — never your CNIC or documents.

No. Verification is free and badges come only from checks. Buying a promotion has no effect on badges or the trust score.

It combines verification, account age, successful sales on BSC Pakistan, genuine reviews, response rate, and any upheld reports or policy violations. A few reviews alone can’t make an account “trusted”.

Only a buyer who chatted with the seller about an ad that the seller then marked as “sold through BSC Pakistan”. One review per purchase, so reviews reflect real deals.

Asking for advance payment or “token money”, fake courier or delivery fees, fake payment screenshots or SMS alerts, overpayment by “overseas buyers”, prices that are too good to be true, and anyone asking for your OTP, PIN or password.

No. We never call to sell ads, never ask for OTPs, PINs or passwords, and never ask you to pay to “activate” or “verify” an account. Report it to us and don’t share anything.

Meet in a busy public place in daylight, bring a friend for expensive items, inspect the item and documents, and confirm money has reached your account before handing anything over.

Our system spotted words often used in scams — like OTP, advance payment or courier fee. It doesn’t mean the person is a scammer, but please be extra careful.

Use the Report option on the ad, profile or chat menu, and choose a reason. Reports are confidential. Block stops all messages and offers from that user.

Report the user on BSC Pakistan immediately so we can stop them, keep all chats and payment receipts, and file a complaint with the FIA/NCCIA cybercrime wing or your local police. We cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities.

Choose a package (for example 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days) for any live ad. Promoted ads appear higher in searches that already match them and in promoted sections, with a clear “Promoted” label.

No — and anyone who promises that isn’t being honest. Promotion increases visibility. You can see promoted views, saves, chats and WhatsApp clicks in your dashboard.

Send the amount via Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer to the account shown on the Promote page, then enter the transaction ID. Your promotion starts as soon as we confirm the payment.

Never. BSC Pakistan has a strict no-sales-calls policy. Promotion is completely self-serve from your dashboard.

Go to Account → Settings. To change your mobile number, use “Change number” — we’ll verify the new number with a code.

Log in with a WhatsApp code instead, or use “Forgot password?” if your account has an email address. You can set a new password in Settings.

Account → Settings → Notifications lets you choose which emails you receive. Security messages are always sent.

Email support@bsc.com.pk from your account’s email or mention your registered number. We close the account and delete or anonymise your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We send you the reason. Common causes are repeated rule violations, multiple accounts, or scam reports. If you think it’s a mistake, reply to the notice and a different team member will review it.

Go to Account → My store, add your business name, logo, cover, contact details and opening hours. You get a free store page like /store/your-name showing all your ads and reviews.

After creating your store, go to Account → Verification → Business verification and upload the owner’s CNIC plus a business document such as registration, NTN, a utility bill or a shop photo with signboard.

Official Dealer is granted by our team to established dealers and shops with a verified business and good history. Contact us to apply — it can’t be bought.

There is a daily limit to prevent spam. Established businesses with high volumes can contact us for higher limits.
